Traditional Hatha Yoga and Mindfulness for beginners and improvers - this class is perfect for anyone returning to yoga after a break or wanting to bring their practice to the next level. It combines traditional hatha yoga and elements of flow to rejuvenate the body and focus the mind. As you work through the classes you will learn the fundamental principles of correct body alignment and as you progress you will be able to modify postures to safely practice yoga at home. Each class includes traditional yoga sequencing, pranayama (yogic breathing), and relaxation. Essential oils are used to infuse the studio with gentle scents to promote deep relaxation.
