Traditional Hatha yoga and mindfulness for like-minded women - all levels welcome. As you work through the classes you will learn the fundamental principles of correct body alignment and as you progress you will be able to modify postures to safely practice yoga at home. Each class includes traditional yoga sequencing, pranayama (yogic breathing), meditation and mindfulness and ends with a blissful relaxation. Essential oils are used to infuse the studio with gentle scents to promote deep relaxation. Registered with The British Wheel of Yoga. Spaces are limited. Booking essential.
