Traditional Hatha yoga and mindfulness for beginners and improvers - this class is perfect for anyone returning to yoga after a break or anyone looking for a gentle class but all levels are welcome as postures will be modified to suit individual needs. As you work through the classes you will learn the fundamental principles of correct body alignment and as you progress you will be able to modify postures to safely practice yoga at home. Each class includes traditional yoga sequencing, pranayama (yogic breathing), meditation and mindfulness and ends with a blissful relaxation. Essential oils are used to infuse the studio with gentle scents to promote deep relaxation. Registered with The British Wheel of Yoga. Covid-19 guidelines are adhered to at all times to ensure everyone's safety. Spaces are limited. Booking essential.
