Classes starting on Monday 24th February. All levels welcome, both men and women, busy mums and seniors too! Spaces limited to 11. One FeetUp® Trainer Bench per person included for the entire practice. Booking essential. This class is suitable for every body, all levels of abilities and anyone suffering with back, neck or injury complaints. Seniors are welcome. Each exercise will be modified to suit your individual needs and to make yoga postures accessible to you. As we all know each day we may feel a little bit more or less flexible and it is absolutely crucial for us to feel comfortable in our practice. FeetUp® Trainer Bench helps to take pressure of aching joints, aids stretching and offers great support for tired muscles, hence offers many options to modify exercises accordingly. As you work through the classes you will learn the fundamental principles of correct body alignment and as you progress you will be able to modify postures to safely practice yoga at home. The FeetUp® Trainer Bench will enable you to practise inversions in a safe and stable way, without putting pressure on your neck and spine. Ascending into headstands is very easy with a FeetUp® Trainer Bench, so even yoga beginners can enjoy the benefits of what is known as “the king of asanas”. Experienced yogis will also be delighted to vary their yoga practise in many ways with the FeetUp® Trainer Bench, expand it with additional bodyweight exercises and find their inner balance after reaping the benefits of a complete training.
