Awaken and align your body and mind with this rejuvenating yoga session.

 

Traditional Hatha Yoga & Mindfulness for beginners and improvers - this class is perfect for anyone returning to yoga after a break or anyone looking for a gentle class, although all levels are welcome as postures will be modified to suit individual needs.

As you work through each class, you will learn the fundamental principles of correct body alignment. As you progress you will be able to modify postures to safely practise yoga at home.


Each class includes traditional yoga sequencing, pranayama (yogic breathing), meditation and mindfulness and ends with a blissful relaxation.
